Supervision
In accordance with Provincial and District policy, supervision is provided fifteen minutes before school commences and five minutes after dismissal. Supervision times are as follows:
8:25 a.m. - 8:40 a.m. 12:10 p.m. - 12:25 p.m.
3:30 p.m. - 3:35 p.m. (2:10 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. Thursdays)
We encourage students to arrive at school during these times. Parents are reminded that it is their responsibility to arrange for supervision if their children arrive at school prior to 8:25 a.m. or remain on the playground after 3:35 p.m. (2:15 p.m. on Thursdays). In inclement weather a Tree is posted on the entry doors. Students may enter the building and sit quietly in the Forest Room until the bell rings or until supervising teachers instruct them otherwise.
